Quotes and payment

Every job starts with a one-page scope and a fixed price. Half is paid to start and the rest before go-live. Monthly plans are paid at the start of each month.

Ownership

Your data is yours and you can ask for an export at any time. What you receive, where the system runs and what happens if a monthly plan stops are written in your quote. We keep the right to reuse the software itself and its general parts for other customers.

Support

The first month of care is included in the setup price. After that, fixes and small changes are covered by a monthly plan with written limits. Work outside those limits is quoted before it starts.

Liability

Software is provided as described in your scope. We are not liable for indirect losses. Indian law applies.
