Payment Follow-up: Know who to call today. No promise goes unchecked.
Each morning a short list says which party to call: promises due today, broken promises, the oldest bills. Every promised date is saved and comes up again on its day. Reminders go on WhatsApp with the bill details.

How it runs today
- The outstanding list comes out of Tally once a month. By then half of it is more than 60 days old.
- A party says "payment on Monday for sure". Nobody writes it down, and on Monday nobody checks.
- The same parties break their promise every time, and you remember it only when you see their name.
- Salesmen chase new orders. Payment calls happen when you push, and stop when you stop.
- You are not sure which bills are pending and for how many days, so the reminder you send is weak.
How work moves through it
- 1Bill-wise outstanding is loaded from your Tally or Busy export, on the days you choose
- 2Every morning the list shows whom to call: promises due today, broken promises, oldest bills
- 3A WhatsApp reminder goes with the bill number, the amount and the days
- 4Each call is saved with its result: a promised date, a call back, a dispute or no reply
- 5On the promised date the party comes up by itself, and the owner gets one report a week
Every part, spelled out
Bill-wise outstanding
Every party with its pending bills, the age of each bill and the credit days you gave. Oldest bills on top.
Ageing on one screen
How much is 0 to 30, 31 to 60, 61 to 90 and over 90 days old, counted bill by bill.
Promise dates
Every promised date is saved with the call. On that day the party is on top of the list, until the money comes or the promise is marked broken.
WhatsApp reminders
Soft before the due date, firm after a broken promise, and the bill-wise ledger in one tap. From your own number, in wording you approve.
Salesman-wise collection
Outstanding, old bills, calls logged and promises kept for each salesman, side by side.
Weekly report
One message to the owner: collected this week, still to collect, broken promises, disputes and parties nobody has called.
Made for businesses like yours
Wholesalers and distributors
Who sell on 30 to 60 days credit to dozens of dealers, and follow up from a Tally printout and memory.
Manufacturers who supply on credit
Where the salesman who took the order should also bring the payment, and nobody tracks whether the call was made.
Service firms with fees pending
CA firms, interior designers and travel agencies with bills pending for months, because nobody has a fixed day to ask.
What you get, and when
- Your parties, salesmen and credit days set up
- Bill-wise outstanding loaded from your Tally or Busy export, and a simple way to load it again
- Today screen, party list with ageing, promise list and the salesman table
- WhatsApp messages in your wording: reminder, promise-day message and bill-wise ledger
- The weekly report to the owner
- Logins and training for accounts and salesmen, and one month of care after go-live
Where the money gets stuck today
The outstanding is in Tally. The follow-up is in people's heads. Once a month someone prints the list, the owner ticks a few names, and calls are made for two days. A party says "by Friday". Nobody writes it down, so on Friday nobody checks. Next month the same names are on the list, only older.
Nobody is careless. There is just no place that says: call this party today, this is what they said last time, and this is the third date they have missed.
What changes
- The bill-wise outstanding from Tally or Busy is on one screen, with the age of every bill.
- Each morning there is a short list: promises due today, promises broken, and the oldest bills that have no date.
- Every call ends with a result that is saved: a promised date, a call back, a dispute or no reply.
- On the promised date the party comes up by itself. Either the money came, or the promise is marked broken and counted.
- Reminders go on WhatsApp with the bill number, the amount and the days, in wording you approve.
- You see each salesman's outstanding, calls and promises kept, and you get one report every week.
What it does not do
It does not make the collection calls. Your people do that, and the system makes sure the right call happens on the right day. It is not accounting software and it makes no entry in Tally. The outstanding comes from an export file, loaded on a schedule you choose. A live connection to Tally is an add-on with its own quote. It also cannot make a party pay. It makes sure no party is forgotten and no promise goes unchecked.
What we need from you
- A bill-wise outstanding export from Tally or Busy
- The list of salesmen, and which parties belong to whom
- The credit days you give, if they differ from party to party
- One person, usually in accounts, who loads the export and watches the list
- An hour for the demo and an hour for training
One fixed price to set up. A small fee to keep it running.
No per-user charge. You see a demo on your own data before you pay anything.
Starter system

System Partner plan
For when your daily work runs on the system.

How the plans work
- Half the setup price to start, the rest before go-live.
- The monthly fee is paid at the start of the month.
- Hours are written down. Unused hours do not carry over.
- First term is three months, then 30 days notice either way.
- Extra work is quoted before it starts.
What is not included
- Daily follow-up with your staff. One person on your team does that, and we train them.
- New modules and new integrations. Each gets its own quote.
- Cleaning old data beyond the first import.
- WhatsApp tool charges. You pay the tool directly, about ₹500 to ₹2,800 a month plus message charges.
Add-ons
Each has its own quote.
- A first reply to every WhatsApp enquiry within a minute, then follow-up for seven days
- Payment reminders sent from your own sheet on the days you choose
- Bills read into your sheet or Tally, checked by a person before saving
Before you ask
Does it connect to Tally?+−
It works from a file. Your accountant exports the bill-wise outstanding from Tally or Busy, and it is loaded on the days you choose, for example every morning. It makes no entry in Tally: receipts are entered there as you do today. A live connection to Tally is an add-on with its own quote.
Does it make the collection calls for us?+−
No. Your own people call. The system tells them whom to call today, keeps what was said, and brings the party back on the promised date. It also sends the WhatsApp reminders.
How is it different from the Order & Payment Tracker?+−
The tracker has a simple list of dues beside the orders. This is the full collections desk for a firm that sells on credit: bill-wise ageing, promise dates, broken promises and collection by salesman.
Will reminders spoil our relations with parties?+−
You approve every wording. A party that is not yet due gets a soft message, and a firm one goes only after a missed promise. A party with a dispute gets no reminder until you settle it.
What does WhatsApp cost?+−
Messages that go out by themselves use a WhatsApp Business tool that you pay for directly, about ₹500 to ₹2,800 a month plus a small charge per message. We set it up on your own number. Tap-to-send messages from your phone cost nothing extra.
How long does it take to start?+−
About two weeks for one process, including loading your current data and training your staff. You first see a demo on your own data, before you pay anything.
Is it charged per user?+−
No. The setup has one fixed price and the monthly plan is flat. Add as many staff as you have.
Where is our data kept?+−
Your quote explains the two options: on a server we run for you, or on your own server. Either way the data is yours and you can export it at any time.
