In every file

What you get in each format

Five example rows

Invented names and places. Their dates move with today, so you always see how a late row looks.

Dropdown lists

Stages and other fixed choices are picked from a list, so everybody writes the same word.

Colours by themselves

A late row turns red, a row that is due turns amber, a finished row turns green.

A "How to use" sheet

What to write in every column, and the routine that keeps the register alive.

No macros and nothing to install. Every format belongs to a guide that explains the columns and the routine around them. Change the columns to your own words: the files are yours to use.

When a sheet stops being enough

A sheet works while one or two people keep it. When staff must update from the godown or the road and reminders must go out by themselves, the same columns become a system. Try one in your browser, without a sign-up.
