Service & AMC Manager: Every call has a technician. No AMC ends unnoticed.

How it runs today
- A complaint comes on a call, goes on a slip or into a WhatsApp group, and nobody is sure who is attending it.
- The customer calls a second time, angry, and that is when you learn that the first call was missed.
- The technician says the visit was done. You have no record of what was done, which part was used or what was charged.
- AMCs end quietly. The customer notices at the next breakdown, and by then has called someone else.
- Every evening you call each technician to ask what was closed today.
How work moves through it
- 1A complaint is noted with the customer, the product and the problem, and gets a number
- 2It is given to a technician with a visit day, and the technician sees it on the phone
- 3The technician starts the visit and closes it with the work done, the parts used and the charge
- 4The customer gets a job report on WhatsApp
- 5AMCs that end in 30 days come up by themselves, with a renewal reminder ready
Every part, spelled out
Complaint register
Every complaint with a number, the customer, the product, the problem and the priority. Nothing stays on a slip or in a chat.
Technician list
Technicians see their own calls for the day on their phones. You see who has what, and which visit is late.
Job report
A call is closed with the work done, the parts used and the charge. The customer gets the same details on WhatsApp.
AMC register
Every contract with its amount, end date and visits done. The ones ending in 30 days and the lapsed ones come to the top.
Renewal reminders
A polite WhatsApp reminder for each AMC that is about to end, from your own number. One tap marks it renewed for another year.
Day report
One message to the owner every evening: complaints received, closed and waiting, charges collected and AMCs to renew.

What you get, and when
- Your products, usual problems, technicians and service areas set up
- Your AMC customers loaded from Excel or a register, with amounts and end dates
- Complaint board, technician list, job report, AMC register and the day report
- WhatsApp messages in your wording: job report and AMC renewal reminder
- Logins for the office and for each technician, on their phones, with training
- One month of care after go-live, with fixes and small changes
How service runs today
A complaint arrives on a call or a WhatsApp message. Someone writes it on a slip or drops it in a group, and a technician is told on the phone. From that point there is no record: not of who went, when, what was changed or what was charged. If the call is missed, you hear about it from the customer, on the second call.
AMCs have the same problem, only slower. The contract ends on a date that sits in a register. Nobody opens the register, the date passes, and the renewal is asked for only when the customer has a breakdown.
What changes with the manager
- Every complaint gets a number, a technician and a visit day.
- A complaint that nobody has picked up waits in red, in front of you.
- The technician closes the call from the phone with the work done, the parts used and the charge.
- The customer gets a job report on WhatsApp.
- Every AMC shows up 30 days before it ends, with a reminder ready to send.
- You read one report in the evening instead of calling each technician.
What it does not do
There is no live GPS tracking of technicians. Spare-parts stock is not part of the starter: the parts used are noted on each job, but purchase and stock are a separate piece of work. It also does not make GST invoices. Tally or Busy stays for billing.
What we need from you
- Your list of AMC customers, with amounts and end dates
- Your products and the usual problems
- The names and phone numbers of your technicians
- One person in the office who notes complaints and assigns them
- An hour for the demo and an hour for training
One fixed price to set up. A small fee to keep it running.
No per-user charge. You see a demo on your own data before you pay anything.
Starter system
One process, set up for you and live in two weeks.
- A working demo on your own data before you pay
- Scope and price on one page
- Your current data loaded and your staff trained
- First month of care included
Care plan
Keeps the system running. Starts from the second month.
- Backups and uptime watched

System Partner plan
For when your daily work runs on the system.

- Training for new staff
How the plans work
- Half the setup price to start, the rest before go-live.
- The monthly fee is paid at the start of the month.
- Hours are written down. Unused hours do not carry over.
- First term is three months, then 30 days notice either way.
- Extra work is quoted before it starts.
What is not included
- Daily follow-up with your staff. One person on your team does that, and we train them.
- New modules and new integrations. Each gets its own quote.
- Cleaning old data beyond the first import.
- WhatsApp tool charges. You pay the tool directly, about ₹500 to ₹2,800 a month plus message charges.
Add-ons
Each has its own quote.
- A first reply to every WhatsApp enquiry within a minute, then follow-up for seven days
- Payment reminders sent from your own sheet on the days you choose
- Bills read into your sheet or Tally, checked by a person before saving
Before you ask
Can we see where the technician is on a map?+−
No. There is no live GPS tracking. You see which call each technician has, when the visit started and when it was closed. That answers the daily question of who went where.
Does it keep spare-parts stock?+−
Not in the starter. The parts used are written on each job report, so you can see what went out. Stock with purchase and issue is a separate piece of work and gets its own quote.
Will technicians really fill it in?+−
The technician screen is one list and two buttons: start visit and close call. Closing a call takes about a minute. They keep using it when the owner reads the day report and asks about the calls left open.
Our AMCs have different prices and visit counts. Is that a problem?+−
No. Each contract has its own amount, end date and number of service visits. Visits done are counted against the contract.
How long does it take to start?+−
About two weeks for one process, including loading your current data and training your staff. You first see a demo on your own data, before you pay anything.
What does WhatsApp cost?+−
Messages that go out by themselves use a WhatsApp Business tool that you pay for directly, about ₹500 to ₹2,800 a month plus a small charge per message. We set it up on your own number. Tap-to-send messages from your phone cost nothing extra.
Is it charged per user?+−
No. The setup has one fixed price and the monthly plan is flat. Add as many staff as you have.
Where is our data kept?+−
Your quote explains the two options: on a server we run for you, or on your own server. Either way the data is yours and you can export it at any time.
