How it runs today
- Enquiries come on calls, WhatsApp, IndiaMART and the website, and each one sits in a different phone or diary.
- A quote goes out and nobody calls again. A week later the customer has bought from someone else.
- You ask "what happened to that enquiry?" and nobody is sure who was handling it.
- You pay for leads every month, but cannot say how many were called back and how many became orders.
- When a salesperson is on leave or leaves the job, the enquiries go too.
How work moves through it
- 1An enquiry is added in a few seconds, with its source and what the customer needs
- 2It gets one salesperson and a first follow-up date
- 3Each salesperson starts the day with a list: who to call today, and what was said last time
- 4After every call the outcome and the next date are saved. Quoted, won or lost takes one tap
- 5You see missed follow-ups by name, and get one report every week by salesperson and by source
Every part, spelled out
One enquiry list
Calls, WhatsApp, IndiaMART, walk-ins and website forms in one place. Each enquiry has its source and one salesperson.
Due today
Each salesperson sees who to call today and what was said last time. Logging a call takes a few seconds on the phone.
Pipeline board
New, contacted, quoted, negotiation, won. The stages are your own, and every card shows the next follow-up date.
WhatsApp messages
Ready messages for the first reply, quote sent and follow-up, sent from your own number. You approve the wording once.
Missed follow-ups
A follow-up that was due and not done turns red and reaches the owner, with the name of the salesperson.
Source and weekly report
Enquiries, quotes and orders by source and by salesperson, so you know where to spend and who needs a push.
Made for businesses like yours
Sales teams of 2 to 15 people
Who get enquiries all day and follow up from memory, a diary or their own WhatsApp.
Owners who pay for leads
Who want to know how many enquiries came, how many were called back, and which source brings orders.
Suppliers, dealers and service firms
Where a quote is sent and then forgotten until the customer buys somewhere else.
What you get, and when
- Your own stages, sources, items and salespeople set up
- Open enquiries loaded from your Excel, diary, portal export or WhatsApp list
- Pipeline board, due-today list, missed follow-ups, source table and the weekly report
- WhatsApp messages in your wording: first reply, quote sent and follow-up
- Logins for your sales team on their phones, with training for each person
- One month of care after go-live, with fixes and small changes
Where enquiries leak today
An enquiry comes on a call, on WhatsApp, from IndiaMART or from your website. Someone notes the number in a diary or leaves it in a chat. The call back happens two days later, or never. By then the customer has three other quotes.
Nobody is careless. There is no single list that says who has which enquiry and when the next call is due. So follow-up runs on memory, and you hear about a lost order after it is gone.
What changes
- Every enquiry has one salesperson and a next follow-up date from the minute it is added.
- Each salesperson opens one list in the morning: who to call today, and what was said last time.
- After each call, the outcome and the next date are saved in a few seconds.
- A follow-up that was missed turns red and shows up for the owner, by name.
- A quote that went out is followed up until the enquiry is won or lost. A lost one carries its reason.
- You see enquiries, quotes and orders for each source, so you know which one is worth paying for.
What it does not do
It does not bring new enquiries, and it does not call your customers. Your team does the calling. The system makes sure nobody forgets. It is not a call recorder and not a bulk WhatsApp tool: messages go one at a time, from your own number, to people who asked you for something. It also does not make quotations or invoices. Your quote format and Tally stay as they are.
What we need from you
- Your open enquiries, as an Excel file, a diary photo or an export from the portal you use
- The names of your salespeople and the sources your enquiries come from
- One person on your team who makes sure every new enquiry is added
- An hour for the demo and an hour for training
One fixed price to set up. A small fee to keep it running.
No per-user charge. You see a demo on your own data before you pay anything.

Before you ask
We tried a CRM and the team stopped using it. Why will this be different?+−
It has only the stages and fields your team needs, in your own words, so a call is logged in a few seconds from the phone. The rest depends on you: a team keeps using it when the owner reads the missed list and the weekly report. In the first month we look at the usage with you and remove what gets in the way.
Can it pull leads from IndiaMART, JustDial or ads by itself?+−
Where the source gives access to its leads, we connect it as an add-on with its own quote. Otherwise an enquiry takes a few seconds to add from the phone.
Does it reply to customers by itself?+−
Not in this system. A person taps send on each WhatsApp message, with the wording ready. An automatic first reply within a minute can be added later, as a separate add-on with its own quote. We do not use robo calls.
How long does it take to start?+−
About two weeks for one process, including loading your current data and training your staff. You first see a demo on your own data, before you pay anything.
What does WhatsApp cost?+−
Messages that go out by themselves use a WhatsApp Business tool that you pay for directly, about ₹500 to ₹2,800 a month plus a small charge per message. We set it up on your own number. Tap-to-send messages from your phone cost nothing extra.
Is it charged per user?+−
No. The setup has one fixed price and the monthly plan is flat. Add as many staff as you have.
Where is our data kept?+−
Your quote explains the two options: on a server we run for you, or on your own server. Either way the data is yours and you can export it at any time.
